What is Hydro Tattoo?

This is a process whereby paint is floated on water and transferred to a person’s skin as a temporary transfer which can be washed off with soap water!

How do you do it?

Simply drip a few drips of paint onto the surface of the water, slowly stir it to create your desire look and dip your hands and arms slowly into the water. Once everything dries off, you will have a sleeve of hydro tattoo that looks like they took days to create.
