Once we have these, we’ll arrange a quick consultation to align on your concept, recommend a suitable sustainable modular solution, and produce clear visuals so you can preview the booth before production—followed by smooth coordination through to setup and dismantle.
What is the timeframe for completing a booth fabrication?
Project timelines vary based on booth size, build complexity, and the scope of event services required. In general, most projects take a few weeks to about a month from concept confirmation to onsite delivery.
Here’s how it typically works:
- Concept & requirements lock-in: We align on your goals, booth size, and venue guidelines.
- Design & visualisation: We translate your ideas into clear visuals for approval.
- Fabrication & preparation: Production, print, checks, packing, and scheduling.
- Onsite execution: Delivery, setup, event-day support (if required), and dismantle.
Once the concept is confirmed, we’ll keep you updated with real-time progress from fabrication through to onsite deployment.
Do you offer installation and dismantling services?
Yes. We provide on-site installation and dismantling upon request. From pre-fabrication and delivery to setup, teardown, and return transport, our team manages the full process so you can focus on the event with peace of mind.
What event management services do you provide?
We provide end-to-end event support that brings your brand to life—from concept to onsite execution. Our services include:
- Creative & design support: event concept, key visuals, layout planning, and 3D visualisation
- Branding & collaterals: artwork adaptation, production of print materials and display graphics
- Event production & operations: project management, vendor coordination, timeline and onsite planning
- Structures & infrastructure: tentage, staging, backdrops, and event setups
- Logistics & deployment: transport, delivery scheduling, setup and dismantle coordination
